Service Description
Personalized one-on-one English instruction focused on literature analysis, grammar, and essay writing. Each session is tailored to the student's specific academic goals and curriculum needs to improve grades and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: All tutoring sessions must be booked through our scheduling system. Tutors set their own availability, and sessions are confirmed once the tutor accepts the request. Cancellation & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a session, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full. Tutor Independence: Tutors are independent contractors and choose their own teaching methods, tools, and materials. Our role is to maintain general quality standards and support a positive learning experience. Conduct: Sessions should take place in a safe, distraction-free environment. Tutors may end a session early if safely or conduct concerns arise. Payment: Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
