Cancellation Policy
Booking: All tutoring sessions must be booked through our scheduling system. Tutors set their own availability, and sessions are confirmed once the tutor accepts the request. Cancellation & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a session, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full. Tutor Independence: Tutors are independent contractors and choose their own teaching methods, tools, and materials. Our role is to maintain general quality standards and support a positive learning experience. Conduct: Sessions should take place in a safe, distraction-free environment. Tutors may end a session early if safely or conduct concerns arise. Payment: Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
